Requests tickets to resolve database issues and questions. Performs gift entry and query support in collaboration with shared resources team.\nHandles all gift acknowledgements; drafts thank you letters, insures timely delivery to donors, and uploads to database\nBoard, Executive, and committee coordination, including meeting minutes, scheduling, and general support\nOrders, organizes, and maintains office supplies and spaces\nGeneral bookkeeping including submitting and paying invoices, pledge invoicing, monthly account reconciliations, coordination of hospital requests, transfers, expense tracking and reporting, and daily deposits.\nJob Requirements\nRequired\nHigh School Graduate General Studies and \nThree (3) years of experience at the Executive Team support level. \nComparable experience may be considered.\nPreferred\nBachelors Other and \nGreater than 5 years of experience at the Executive Team support level\nWhere You’ll Work\nFounded in 1941, Dignity Health - Dominican Hospital is a 188-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Santa Cruz, California.
