You will be expected to resolve operational challenges in real-time, serve as a clinical resource, and act as a primary point of contact for staff and management to maintain organizational standards and patient safety protocols.\nTo be successful in this role you will possess advanced critical thinking, systems-thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal savvy and influential negotiation skills, allowing you to build rapport, drive consensus among diverse teams, and maneuver through complex political landscapes. Monitors and assesses the current environment for smooth hospital operations. \nAssesses and allocates resources as needed. Provides input to employee performance. Assists in the coaching of staff members. \nDocuments daily staffing and administrative records and maintains compliance with governmental policies and procedures. Presents documentation to senior staff.\nProvides nursing care to patients on an as needed basis.
