You will effectively operate a multi-line telephone console, transferring and connecting customers to their destinations.Every day, you will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication throughout the hospital, efficiently managing incoming calls, routing them accurately, and providing a professional and helpful first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. To be successful in your role, you will meticulously manage hospital telecommunications, expertly operating a multi-line telephone console to connect customers to their destinations.
