You will promote a positive work environment, track key performance indicators (patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, Red Rule compliance), and manage budgets and fiscal responsibility. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong leadership, operational management, and clinical imaging skills, a proven ability to manage financial resources, and a deep commitment to patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and Red Rule compliance.\nPerforms imaging procedures in relative area of specialty as needed, providing safety for self, patients and all other individuals.\nAchieves and maintains available ACR accreditation for assigned modalities.\nParticipates in QAPI and quality initiatives.\nEnsures compliance, provides coaching, and monitors staff to ensure they are adhering to CMS and Joint Commission standards.\nServes as technical subject matter expert and goto person for their area of registry and specialty.\nFosters trust and builds effective working relationships with associates, physicians, families, and patients.\nCollaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop relationshipbased care model of delivery of services to patients.\nWe are offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus in addition up to $8,000 relocation assistance to new hires that meet the eligibility requirements\nJob Requirements\nRequired\nHigh School Diploma/G.E.D.\nTwo (2) years of experience as a technologist\nARRT, ARDMS, CNMT, Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or via CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) registry in at least one of assigned modalities\nCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association\nModalities to be supervised between 2 supervisors: XR, CT, MRI, NM/PET, Ultrasound, Imaging Support (including reading room and front desk), and EEG\n\nPreferred\nBachelor’s Degree\nTwo (2) years of supervisory experience\nCertification in one advanced modality such as CT, MRI, ARDMS, or CNMT\nWhere You’ll Work\nLocated in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado.
