# Engineer - Team Leader 4

Primary Purpose The experienced Engineer - Team Leader 4 develops and applies engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to complex and unique engineering problems. A person in this role is recognized as a key internal reference point for technical guidance through depth and breadth of knowledge and may be required to provide technical guidance over a group of colleagues, CAD, and administrative staff on projects of medium to high complexity. This role is also responsible for developing, validating, and presenting technical output and may provide leadership for development of deliverables to clients. People management responsibilities include supervising a group of engineers, CAD, or administrative staff working on medium-scope single or multi-discipline projects, or personnel of an operations department. Management responsibilities may extend to multiple locations and includes accountability for talent development, quality work production, and overall compliance.
