Human Resource Business Partners are both coaches and change agents, influencing decisions and creating positive impact across the teams they support.\nThis role partners with senior leaders across Retail Banking Services, providing strategic people advice to drive leading people strategies and optimize business performance.\nKey responsibilities include:\nPartner with leaders to develop and execute the HR plan.\nProvide high calibre advice and coaching to leaders, as well as using data and insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.\nFocus areas include talent management & succession planning, driving high performing teams, strategic workforce planning, organisational design and change, leadership coaching, organisational effectiveness, and championing diversity, equity and a positive employee experience.\nThe role is also required to effectively partner with senior business leaders and key teams within HR including Group People Services, Centres of Expertise and Crew Leads to design and implement people strategies, plans and processes that respond to evolving business contexts.\nDrive measurable people, customer and business outcomes.\nIncrease employee and business performance.\nEngage and develop a diverse workforce.\nWe're interested in hearing from people who have:\nSubstantial, relevant experience within Human Resources or a related field.\nHigh calibre advisory, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders and quickly build trust.\nPassion for building culture, learning and customer obsession.\nStrong commercial acumen and business knowledge.\nProven ability to lead initiatives and comfortably navigate change, ambiguity and competing priorities.\nStrong problem-solving skills that lead to commercial solutions.\nTrack record of effectively advising and coaching leaders on key business and strategic HR drivers.\nSuccessful design and implementation of strategic and transformational people initiatives.\nThorough understanding of current best practice people, culture and engagement methodologies.\nGrowth mindset and curiosity.\n10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.\nRelevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.\nPostgraduate qualifications are desired but not essential.\nIf you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
