You'll own the deployment journey from intake and discovery through to release, adoption and transition into ongoing support. Shape what's next.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn the end-to-end deployment pathway for new AVE Platform use cases\nAssess opportunities, shape requirements and determine readiness for delivery\nCoordinate business, technology, operations, data, security and risk teams to deliver successful outcomes\nManage and prioritise a deployment backlog aligned to value, readiness and strategic priorities\nDrive resolution of cross-functional dependencies, risks and delivery blockers\nLead use cases through testing, evaluation, release and production-readiness activities\nEstablish repeatable deployment frameworks, governance processes and playbooks\nTranslate deployment insights into opportunities for reusable platform capabilities and future roadmap enhancements\nSee yourself in our team\nBe part of a team driving one of CommBank's most important transformation priorities. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change, solve complex challenges and help establish new ways of working that will benefit customers, colleagues and the organisation for years to come.\nWe're interested in hearing from people who:\nHave significant experience as a Product Owner, Senior Product Manager or technology delivery leader within a large and complex organisation\nHave successfully delivered products, platforms or technology-enabled solutions from discovery through to deployment and adoption\nCan engage confidently with technical teams on integrations, APIs, data flows, environments, testing and non-functional requirements\nBring strong backlog management, prioritisation and outcome-focused product management capability\nHave experience coordinating across business, technology, operations, risk and governance stakeholders\nExcel at managing dependencies, risks, decisions and competing priorities in fast-paced environments\nInfluence and drive outcomes through collaboration rather than formal authority\nHave experience operating within regulated, risk-conscious environments\nExperience with AI-enabled products, model governance, workflow platforms, document verification or financial services operations will be highly regarded.\nWhy CommBank\nAt CommBank, you'll work on meaningful problems at a scale few organisations can offer.
