We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving customer problems, delivering meaningful outcomes, and leading product strategy in a complex, fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to own and influence a critical product portfolio, working alongside engineering, design, data, risk and business stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial value. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, transforming customer insights and business priorities into clear roadmaps, validated solutions and measurable outcomes.

Do Work That Matters

You will:

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Lead product discovery activities to deeply understand customer needs, pain points and opportunities.
• Use data, customer feedback and market insights to prioritise initiatives and make informed decisions.
• Partner closely with engineers, designers and delivery teams to bring products to life.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and gain alignment across business, technology and risk teams.
• Balance customer, commercial, operational and regulatory considerations to deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimise experiences using experimentation and insight-led decision making.
• Drive product innovation while maintaining a strong focus on execution excellence and value delivery.
• Mentor and support product team members, helping build product capability across the organisation.

We're Interested In Hearing From People Who Have

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a digital, technology, financial services or customer-centric organisation.
• Proven experience developing and executing product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong product discovery, experimentation and customer research capability.
• Experience translating complex business problems into simple, scalable product solutions.
• A strong understanding of Agile product development practices and working within cross-functional squads.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
• Strong commercial acumen and an ability to balance competing priorities and trade-offs.
• A data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to guide decision making.
• Experience working in regulated or complex environments is highly regarded.
