any employer\nWhat you'll do:\nHelp collect, organize, and prepare data for recurring regulatory filings\nKeep digital filing systems, permit records, hazardous waste manifests, and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) libraries up to date and audit-ready\nConduct audits of existing programs or processes across Environmental, Health, and Safety\nConduct site inspections to support EHS programs and confirm compliance or identify improvements needed\nParticipate in team meetings, help draft topic-based awareness bulletins or toolbox talks, and support EHS training across the organization\nWhat we’re looking for:\nPursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in EHS, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry, or a related STEM field\nFoundational knowledge of core EHS regulatory frameworks (OSHA, EPA) through coursework or academic projects\nAbility to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment\nPrior internship or hands-on experience in an industrial, chemical, laboratory, or construction setting\nFamiliarity with specific environmental regulatory standards (RCRA, SWPPP, Tier II/TRI, DEC)\nDemonstrated proficiency in Excel or data management tools for compiling records and reporting metrics\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities under general supervision\nBaseline familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DEC) gained through coursework or prior projects is required\nMust-have Requirements:\nWillingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call
