$41 per hour\nHours: 2:30 pm - 11:30 pm\nWhat you'll do:\nBuild a variety of electromechanical parts and assemblies \nWork within a multi-disciplinary team to develop and qualify new manufacturing techniques and processes \nPerform production builds according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions \nTroubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies with a focus on continuous improvement \nUse various mechanical and precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, wrenches, allen keys micrometers, and calipers \nRead and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and detailed work instructions\nCommunicate challenges and ideas effectively to peers and leadership\nOperate production, testing and high-powered magnet equipment\nPerform other related job duties related to the job, as assigned by management\nAbility to identify problems in a product and make clear recommendations to better the process\nDisplay great attention to detail and a sound understanding of what makes a good product\nWhat we’re looking for:\nHigh school diploma/equivalency certificate or higher \nMinimum of 6 years experience with various hand tools\nMinimum of 6 years experience in Mechanical or Electrical Assembly\nBonus points for:\nExperience with winding equipment of any type is a plus\nPLC Experience \nMaterial processing\nWorking with cryogenic chemicals such as LN2 and Helium in a controlled environment\nBasic power tools\nElectrical schematic and wiring\nEpoxy potting or injection molding experience\nPlumbing\nVacuum systems\nSoldering\nHarness builds / Wiring\nCommitment to safety and quality \nAbility to take directions from leadership and work independently \nDesire to work and contribute in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills \nMeticulous attention to detail and cleanliness with hands-on work \nAbility and patience to work through projects from start to finish, including assembly and testing\nAbility to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times\nMust-have requirements:\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs\nPerform activities such as stooping, typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time\nDedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high
