Ensure alignment between IT/OT infrastructure, software platforms, and long-term business goals while maintaining digital thread traceability from early engineering design through to production execution\nSolution Design & Governance: Lead the end-to-end architectural design for core enterprise applications (ERP, PLM, MES, CRM, Data Warehouse). Establish technical standards, Master Data Management protocols, system-of-record boundaries, and governance for item masters, Engineering Change Orders (ECO), and EBOM to MBOM transformations\nCross-System Integration: Architect secure, scalable integrations connecting shop-floor Operational Technology (OT) to cloud platforms and core enterprise applications (ERP, MES)\nTechnical Leadership & Advisory: Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and IT teams to translate business requirements into robust system blueprints, technology selections, and multi-year transformation roadmaps\nVendor & Platform Evaluation: Conduct technical trade studies, proofs-of-concept (POCs), build-versus-configure assessments, and vendor evaluations to ensure modern, fit-for-purpose software and cloud solutions with optimized Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)\nSecurity & Compliance Alignment: Work with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams to ensure all solutions comply with enterprise security standards, data privacy requirements, and regulatory policies (such as ISO, AS9100 configuration management, or export controls)\nTechnical Debt & Modernization: Identify architectural bottlenecks, legacy technical debt, and redundancy across the tech stack.
