and process issues and implement corrective actions\nConduct time and motion studies to determine optimal production methods and labor utilization\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the facility\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards\nEvaluate new technologies and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field\n7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems\nProficient in CAD software (NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and manufacturing ERP systems\nAbility to balance autonomy with disciplined escalation\nLeadership through hands-on engagement\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nBonus points for:\nExperience with clean lines\nKnowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and failure modes and effects
