documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and operation sequencing\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, safety, and production management, to address shift handoffs and non-conf\nImplement root cause corrective actions (RCCA) for quality non-conformances and process bottlenecks\nLead process optimization projects to improve safety, yield, cycle time, and cost efficiency\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or\n7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role\n7+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role supporting high-precision or complex hardware assembly\nHands-on experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment and tooling on the production floor\nDemonstrated experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) frameworks and continuous improvement tools (Lean/Six Signa)\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment\nStrong knowledge of GD&T, CAD modeling (SolidWorks, NX), and drawing interpretation\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills across shift transfers\nBonus points for:\nExperience with high-field superconducting magnets, vacuum systems, or cryogenic hardware\nFamiliarity with MRP/ERP and MES software (e.g., SAP, Tulip, Solumina)\nExperience working a dedicated shift schedule in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency with statistical process control (SPC) and DOE methodologies\nMust-have requirements:\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally\nPerform activities such as typing, standing, stooping, and sitting, for extended periods of time\nDedication to safety to mitigate hazards that may include heat,
