efficiency.\nWhat you'll do:\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for end-user support across enterprise applications, resolving user tickets and performing root-cause analysis to identify and implement solutions\nManage user onboarding, offboarding, group assignments, and role-based access control across core platforms\nExecute routine technical updates and application maintenance, including modifying workflows, updating UI elements, and editing system configurations\nAuthor, update, and maintain clear documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical guides to streamline knowledge sharing\nDeliver practical training sessions to onboard new users and educate existing users on best practices and new features\nAudit software license usage to optimize provisioning, while automating routine administrative tasks and reporting\nAssist in user acceptance testing and system validation for new releases, patch updates, and custom feature rollouts\nMonitor and troubleshoot digital thread connections and data flows between enterprise systems\nWhat we're looking for:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related STEM field (or equivalent industry experience)\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, diagnose root causes, and follow logical steps to resolve technical problems\nStrong commitment to end-user support, with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping internal stakeholders solve daily challenges\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders\nCore software literacy, including a grasp of conditional logic, basic programming concepts, and data flows across connected
