You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate costing, timely financial reporting, and effective analysis of manufacturing performance.\nHow You'll Help Us Connect the World\nYou will support the accuracy and integrity of manufacturing cost and inventory information by completing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting activities. Your analysis will help business and operations teams understand production variances, manage inventory, and make informed decisions.\nPerform standard cost and current cost analysis and investigate significant cost differences when required.\nPrepare weekly production variance reports and provide clear analysis of key drivers and financial impacts.\nComplete monthly cost accounting close activities, including production variance analysis, sales recognition review, GSIS/POD verification, inventory review, and related account reconciliations.\nCoordinate and support cycle-count activities, investigate inventory discrepancies, and help ensure that inventory records are complete and accurate.\nPerform current costing runs for company or plant codes 3201, 3725, and 3720, following established financial controls and timelines.\nComplete annual standard costing runs for company or plant codes 3201, 3725, and 3720.\nPrepare supporting schedules, reconciliations, and documentation for internal reviews, audits, and financial control requirements.\nPartner with Finance and operational stakeholders to identify costing or inventory issues and support timely, sustainable solutions.\nContribute to improvements in accounting processes, reporting accuracy, data quality, and internal controls.\nSupport other finance and accounting responsibilities aligned with the position, as assigned by the manager.\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration\nA bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nApproximately eight years of relevant accounting experience, including practical exposure to cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, or related financial activities.\nExperience supporting month-end closing, account reconciliation, variance analysis, or inventory control.\nWorking knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system, preferably SAP.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.\nAbility to analyze financial information, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.\nWorking proficiency in both Chinese and English to prepare reports, review financial information, and collaborate in a bilingual business environment.\nYou Will Excite Us If You Have\nCost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with standard costing, current costing, production variance analysis, and inventory valuation.\nExperience completing or supporting annual standard cost updates.\nFamiliarity with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, sales recognition, GSIS, or proof-of-delivery verification.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, such as PivotTables, Power Query, or other financial data-analysis tools.\n\nWe recognize that relevant experience can be gained through different professional and educational pathways.
