Convert raw packaging data into repeatable customer, distributor and authority-ready outputs, with clear assumptions, source traceability and quality controls, while adapting the data model to new jurisdictions and future requirements.\nCore Responsibilities\nExtract and reconcile packaging data from SAP/BI reports, Excel files, contract manufacturers, suppliers and other approved systems. \nBuild repeatable datasets and reporting workflows that combine product, material, supplier, market and packaging-component information. \nPrepare Declarations of Conformity, reports with packaging weights for EPR reporting, recycled-content summaries, material-reduction progress and design-optimization analyses. \nTrack emerging packaging regulations with Regulatory and Sustainability teams, translate new obligations into data requirements, and update reporting models and templates. \nPerform quality checks, investigate gaps and coordinate corrections across Packaging Engineering, Operations, Procurement, IT and external partners. \nMaintain version control, reporting calendars, audit trails and supporting evidence so outputs are reproducible and defensible. \nDevelop dashboards showing completeness, deadlines, compliance risks, packaging-weight trends and reduction opportunities. \nStandardize templates and automate recurring work where practical without compromising control.\nKey Deliverables\n\nTrusted data foundation\nGoverned dataset with documented sources and definitions.\n\nOn-time reporting\nAccurate recurring and ad hoc market-specific reports.\n\nRegulatory readiness\nFlexible models that support new fields, countries and deadlines.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics or a related field. \n4+ years of data analysis, BI, reporting or master-data experience in manufacturing, supply chain, product or compliance. \nAdvanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, lookups, cleansing and structured models. \nExperience with Power BI or a comparable tool;
