Should be ready to work in shifts\nHow You'll Help Us Connect the World:\nImplement & Execute Preventive Maintenance Program\nConstantly review Spare Parts Program & make suggestions to improve\nProvide Engineering support to close Breakdown Calls efficiently and maintaining Maximum Machine Uptime\nWork on Focused Improvements to improve MTBF & MTTR\nTrain Technicians to improve skill & knowledge\nConduct RCAs/FMEAs regularly to understand gaps in the system\nProvide solutions to eliminate repeated issues and process related queries\nControl & Reduce Maintenance Costs\nAdherence to departmental KPIs and update Maintenance Dashboards\nAdherence to all statutory compliances\nMechanization of maintenance activities\nInstallation & Commissioning of new Equipment\nDevelop SPMs to improve operational Efficiency or reduce maintenance activities\nFollowing all the safety norms and ensuring no norms are violated in any process.\nMaintaining 5S standards of the highest level\nMaximize OEE\nReceives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.\nVery good interpersonal and communication skills.\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration:\nDegree in Mechanical/Electronics /Electrical/ Industrial Engineering with preferably 6-8 Years of experience Or Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics /Electrical/ Industrial Engineering with preferably 10-12 Years of experience\nPreferably 5 years in Fiber Optics Connector Manufacturing.\nYou Will Excite Us If You Have:\nHigh level of skill and knowledge in manufacturing/production environment with demonstrated ability to function in a leadership role.\nAlignment of equipment and complete understanding of installation Standards (both Mechanical & Electrical)\nSound Knowledge of Mechanical Systems & Supporting Electrical control system\nCBM tools like Vibration monitoring/Thermography/Power consumption Dynamics and associated analysis\nAnalytical skills MTBF/MTTR/FMEA/RCA/Pareto Charts/CBM etc.\nShould be proficient in Solid Works/ AUTOCAD\nShould be proficient in SAP Maintenance Module\nShould know 7QC tools , Capable of using the PDCA cycle and the DMAIC process\nSound Knowledge of Utility Equipment, Power Systems, Pneumatics & Hydraulics\nKnowledge of SPMs. Experience in design and development , initiating drawings and collaborating on the same with the vendors.\nProject Management skills and involved in Equipment Upgrades\nShould have knowledge of local and international service/spares providers\nExcellent written & Verbal communication Skills\nComputer Literate + Knowledge of latest Analytical tools Like Power BI/Tableau etc.\nCapable of working in Shift, if required\nPLC and Drive Programming would be added advantage\nWhat Happens After You Apply:\nLearn how to prepare yourself for the next steps in our hiring process by visiting https://jobs.commscope.com/content/How-We-Hire/?locale=en_US\nWhy CommScope?\nCommScope is on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn.
