As well the implementation of Engineering Changes, create procedures and works instructions, tooling and equipment controls, support on product transfers, develop projects and validate results. All activities of this position shall be focused on the Quality product continuous improvement and operations productivity.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nCreate, review and approve CMRs and CMOs (Engineering changes) and ensure Customer requirements are met or exceeded.\nCreate and/or approve TDAs (deviations) of product or process when required.\nCreate and/or modify routings in SAP as required.\nCoordinate facilities modification as needed when requirements change.\nAssign specifications and workflows in the maintenance module, as well as supporting production on issues related to Tollgate.\nCreate and updating of PFMEAs of the products under responsibility.\nCreate and/or modify Engineering procedures.\nCreate and/or modify process flow charts of the products.\nCreate and/or modify works instructions per process change or global documents.\nCreate and have updated the time studies to build all different products.\nImprove and change processes, reducing and/or eliminating quality and cost concerns.\nResolve issues as they relate to safety, quality, cost and delivery.\nAdhere and promote all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.\nDevelop and met assigned projects, as well as elaborate informs and related reports.\nValidate project results (after implementation) regarding efficiency, scrap and costs.\nRealize the formal delivery lines to production with validated products. Develop\nThis position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.\nAccountability / Impact\nResponsible for analyzing, developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure the achievement of productivity, quality, safety, and cost objectives. Leads continuous improvement initiatives, provides technical support to operations, coordinates the implementation of engineering changes, and drives problem resolution through structured root cause analysis methodologies. Additionally, ensures compliance with operational and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and operational excellence.\nCompetencies\n22.
