This role leads to quality initiatives, drives root cause analysis and corrective actions, supports new product introductions, and ensures compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements. The position focuses on quality planning, risk assessment, process control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction. How You'll Help Us Connect the World: Lead quality assurance activities to ensure products, processes, and systems meet customer and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, improve yield, and enhance overall product quality. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and DMAIC.
