Are you ready to make a difference?\nJob Summary\nThe IT Project Manager IV is responsible for overseeing multiple strategic projects simultaneously while managing project scope, project planning, proper scheduling, resource tracking and budgeting. Duties additionally include risk & issue tracking, appropriate communication, escalation, and status reporting, with the goal of on-time delivery. In this role, you will use your wide range of experience and knowledge around industry best practices to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. You will partner with the Change Management Organization and Communication leads to ensure that impacts to people, process and technology are known and there is an organizational change plan to address.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead complex, strategic enterprise initiatives, managing scope, schedules, costs, risks, issues, and change impacts.\nAlign cross-functional teams and resources, proactively addressing constraints and escalating issues as needed to keep initiatives on track.\nManage project communications, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear visibility into progress, issues, and deliverables.\nEstablish regular tracking against strategic goals, ensuring projects achieve intended business outcomes and benefits.\nDrive operational efficiency and continuous improvement by identifying process improvements, implementing innovative solutions, and conducting project retrospectives.\nSkills and Background You’ll Need\nEducation: High School diploma or GED is required. A college degree is preferred. At this level, graduate coursework may be desirable.\nPMP, PgMP, Agile and/or Lean certification(s) a plus.\nExperience:\n8+ years of project management experience, with a proven delivery record of accomplishment. Success in leading technical cross-organizational initiatives.\n8+ years managing vendors, project budget management and reporting. Background in process architecture and analysis, systematic problem solving, business analysis, and organizational change management is preferred.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Jira, and Excel.\nExperience applying agile methods, Lean principles, and practices (problem-solving, A3s, huddle boards, Kanban), and traditional project and program management to successfully deliver large complex bodies of work.\nAbility to lead and influence peer groups at the executive level.\nExpert in establishing strong relationships with leadership and fostering collaboration throughout the organization leveraging influence over authority. Collaborative working style with business unit stakeholders and external suppliers.\nAbility to adapt, apply flexibility, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
