How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Responsible for assembly or testing of fiber optic connector products according to production plans and work instructions.
• Perform daily work strictly in accordance with production process standards and operating procedures, ensuring quality and output targets are met.
• Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment, tools, and fixtures; promptly report any equipment or product abnormalities.
• Accurately complete production logs, quality inspection records, and related documentation in a timely manner.
• Comply with workshop discipline, safety production requirements, and management regulations.
• Maintain clean and orderly production areas, properly organize and sort materials, and keep workstations neat and well-organized.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Open to all genders, aged 18 and above.
• Junior high school education or above.
• In good physical condition, good eyesight, no bad habits affecting work.
• Able to work diligently, with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess basic hands-on skills and learning ability.
• Willing to comply with company management requirements and adapt to shift work arrangements.
• Able to strictly comply with company safety production and workshop management rules and regulations.
