In this role, you will partner on cross-product and cross-team initiatives working on CPO/ScaleUp & Connectors R&D products. As you partner with team members, you will refine and develop our projects through ideation, development, validation, production readiness to full market launches.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nLead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. \nCoordinate resources and activities across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues. \nCommunicate project status, key decisions, and recovery plans to stakeholders and leadership.\nMonitor project budgets, commitments, and performance metrics. \nDrive accountability for action items and project deliverables.\nEnsure compliance with PMO processes and project governance requirements. \nAccountability / Impact\nDefines clear project or program goals as part of business case development and ensures that objectives are met in terms of time, cost, and quality.\nCompetencies\nCommunicates Effectively: Developing and delivery multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.\nManages Conflict: Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.\nSelf-Development: Actively seeking new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.\nCollaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.\nBeing Resilient: Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations.\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration\n6-8 years of project or product management experience.\nProject management experience and an understanding of project management methodologies and tools.\nExperience in leading, forming, influencing and managing teams.\nExposure to New Product development processes within and governed by the organization.\nExperience with financial data and project financial indicators, such as project budget tracking and reporting.\nInitiator/motivator; pro-active attitude and a sense of urgency with a drive to get results.\nDemonstrated organizational, problem-solving, analytical and decision-making ability.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both in written and verbal form, conflict resolution, presentation and facilitation skills with all associate and Management levels.\nConsiderable experience with computer applications, including PC-based business applications and project management software. i.e. SAP, MS Office.\nAbility to travel as needed for up to 10% of the work period.\nBe able to work in the Shakopee, MN facility five days a week.\nDesirable Qualifications Job Specifications\nPMP certification preferred.\nAbility to work independently; self-starter.\nMasters Degree in Business or Project Management.\nExperience working in AI Datacenters is a plus.\nOur salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $103,000 - $130,000 based on hired level and experience. The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan.
