Sales Coordinator - Datacenter

Primary responsibilities: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales Team in maximizing their field-time efficiency by managing sales administrative tasks and coordinating activities with other related functions.

Job Functions:

• Coordinate Sales and Pricing Teams for price approvals.
• Support Sales with inventory updates and material availability for bidding with our proposals.
• Work with SE team to verify BoQ; recommend alternative MIDs based on supply commitments.
• Ensure distributors place orders on time and liaise with CSO for timely order logging; confirm quotes match purchase orders.
• Liaise with Legal for OEM Authorization and necessary bid approvals.
• Update Distributor, Partners and Sales Managers with the updated billing status on key projects.
• Track weekly projections Vs order bookings and assist Sales in preparing the updated weekly reports.
• Collaborate with Planners/CSO for material provisioning as needed.
• Coordinate logistics, distributors, and partners for deliveries.
• Assess Point of Purchase (POP) and Point of Sales (POS) quarterly.
• Address CSO/Planner/Plant queries as required.
• APAC Sales Team Meeting Notes and Action Items follow-ups.
• Follow-Up with Sales team for various reports and collating the data.
• Perform additional Sales support tasks like handling distributor purchase order amendments, handling distributor queries and requests on order execution, tracking site warranties etc

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Support function
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions and cultures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
