for business users and leadership teams.\nDeliver a comprehensive 360-degree view of customers, products, operations, and business performance through integrated analytics solutions.\nData Integration & ETL Development\nDesign and develop robust ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.\nIntegrate data from multiple enterprise systems while ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance standards.\nMonitor and optimize ETL workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.\nImplement data validation and reconciliation processes to improve confidence in analytical outputs.\nData Modeling & Architecture\nDesign conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs.\nDevelop dimensional models, fact and dimension structures, and analytical data marts.\nCollaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to ensure optimized data structures and business alignment.\nPromote best practices in data governance, metadata management, and master data integration.\nReporting & Visualization\nDevelop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports using modern BI tools.\nCreate intuitive visualizations that simplify complex business information for decision makers.\nEnable self-service reporting capabilities while maintaining enterprise standards and governance.\nOptimize reporting solutions to improve user adoption and business value realization.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Management\nAct as a trusted advisor and liaison between business users and IT teams.\nFacilitate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and user acceptance testing activities.\nProvide subject matter expertise in assigned business functions and analytics domains.\nSupport business transformation initiatives through effective use of data and analytics.\nQuality, Governance & Continuous Improvement\nEnsure BI solutions meet enterprise standards for accuracy, reliability, security, and compliance.\nEstablish and promote best practices in BI development, documentation, testing, and deployment.\nContinuously evaluate emerging technologies and analytical capabilities to drive innovation.\nMentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the analytics team\n.\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, or Application Development.\nStrong hands-on experience in ETL design, development, and support.\nExpertise in data modeling, data integration, and reporting solutions.\nExperience delivering enterprise-scale analytics and BI
