The role works closely with laboratory engineers and cross-functional teams to incorporate Telcordia Generic Requirements (GR) and internal standards into quality product designs.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain accurate 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.\n\nUpdate and revise designs based on engineering changes and feedback.\n\nEnsure designs meet specifications, standards, and manufacturability requirements.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.\n\nOrganize and manage CAD files and related documentation.\n\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration\nTraining and experience in 3D modeling using Creo.\n\nProficiency with CREO software.\n\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n\nBasic understanding of engineering principles and materials.\n\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications.\n\nDesirable Qualifications\nAssociate’s degree in an engineering-related field.\n\nExperience in product development or manufacturing environments.\n\nFamiliarity with SAP-based PLM systems and revision control processes.\n\nHas hands-on experience designing plastic parts.\n\nPossesses strong 3D modeling skills in Creo.\n\nHas expertise in molded plastic part design.\n\nCan convert complex requirements into actionable engineering plans and detailed 3D models.\n\nWhy CommScope:\nCommScope is on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn.
