Working within the New Product Introduction team, you will collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams to improve product manufacturability and support an effective transition from product concept and prototyping to production.\nHow You'll Help Us Connect the World\nYou will support new product introductions by developing scalable manufacturing processes, providing Design for Manufacturing input, and resolving process-related issues during prototyping and production preparation. Your contributions will help enable timely product launches, improve manufacturing efficiency and yield, and ensure that process documentation remains accurate and complete.\nCollaborate with design engineers and manufacturing teams to develop scalable manufacturing processes for new products.\nProvide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) input to improve product manufacturability, production efficiency, quality, and process reliability.\nSupport prototype builds, engineering trials, and pilot production activities by identifying process risks and coordinating practical solutions.\nAnalyze manufacturing process issues using structured problem-solving methods and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nParticipate in continuous improvement activities to enhance process capability, efficiency, yield, and production readiness.\nCreate and maintain accurate process documentation, including work instructions, process specifications, process flow documents, and relevant manufacturing records.\nSupport NPI project activities and help coordinate the transition of new products from concept and prototype stages into production.\nCommunicate technical information clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to support project objectives.\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration\nA bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant technical discipline.\nFive or more years of related experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, new product introduction, or a comparable technical field.\nWorking knowledge of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturing principles.\nExperience supporting prototype builds, process development, production introduction, or manufacturing process improvement.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze technical or manufacturing problems and contribute to practical, data-informed solutions.\nAbility to prepare and maintain clear manufacturing or engineering documentation.\nAbility to communicate technical information and collaborate effectively with colleagues from different functions and backgrounds.\nYou Will Excite Us If You Have\nExperience supporting NPI projects in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with structured problem-solving or continuous improvement methodologies.\nKnowledge of process capability, yield improvement, risk assessment, or manufacturing validation.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, or supply chain.\nFamiliarity with tools or methods such as DFM, PFMEA, process flow development, control plans, root cause analysis, or statistical process control.\nExperience supporting the transfer or scale-up of products and processes into volume production.\nThe ability to communicate in English and Chinese in a technical working environment.\n\nWe recognize that experience can be gained through different professional and educational pathways.
