The position plays a key role in managing shopfloor activities, driving team performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\nHow You'll Help Us Connect the World:\nLead daily production line operations to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are met.\nManage production process discipline and ensure all activities follow standard operating procedures.\nAllocate manpower, arrange shifts, assign daily tasks, and monitor production progress.\nIdentify, handle, and escalate production abnormalities in a timely manner.\nDrive 6S implementation and ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.\nPerform routine equipment inspection and ensure proper usage and maintenance.\nProvide training and coaching to team members, especially new hires, to improve skill levels.\nMaintain good employee relations and foster a positive team environment.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives such as productivity improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.\nRequired Qualifications for Consideration:\nCollege degree or above.\nPrior experience as a production line leader or team leader in manufacturing environment preferred.\nAble to work in shifts and adapt to fast-paced production environment.\nStrong sense of responsibility and execution capability.\nBasic computer skills, able to complete production reports and documentation.\nAble to read and understand work instructions or basic technical drawings.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nFamiliar with safety and production management requirements.\nYou Will Excite Us If You Have:\nExperience in electronics manufacturing or assembly environment.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing concepts (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement).\nBasic English reading ability is preferred.\nWhy CommScope:\nCommScope is on a quest to deliver connectivity that empowers how we live, work, and learn.
