within the office premises\nMust have strong networking skills- IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access point\nExperience: 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and network\nProvide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows 7, 8 and 10 along Microsoft Office 2010 through Office 365, M365\nExperience with of Windows, M365, PC and Printer configuration\nStrong customer service skills, detail oriented, and deadline driven\nStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
