problem-solving skills. \nTechnical expertise in the following areas: \nCisco routing and switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting\nRouting protocols - BGP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP \nLAN and WAN connectivity designs\nCisco WLAN Controllers and APs\nPerimeter security design \nConfiguring, managing, and troubleshooting Firewalls - Palo Alto, Cisco ASA. \nConfiguring and managing Palo Alto Networks security policies, including creating rules and profiles, defining network zones, and managing user access control.\nMonitoring network traffic and security events using Palo Alto Networks monitoring tools, including Panorama and Cortex XDR.\nConfiguration and troubleshooting of F5 LTM, including iRules. \nNetworking protocols such as ARP, DHCP, DNS, NTP, SMTP, HTTP(S), VOIP, SSH, NFS, SMB, CIFS, etc. \nUpgrade procedures for Cisco, Palo Alto, and F5 LTM. \nPacket capture tools (tcpdump, Wireshark) and analysis of outputs. \nCLI and GUI based consoles for all supported devices. \nEfficient in preparing and sharing technical documentation using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. \nStrong written, communication, and presentation skills. \nAbility to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. \nAbility to work independently and identify opportunities for process improvement. \nDesire to learn new skills, take on new tasks as needed, and work as part of a
