This involves all company payouts and the review of outgoing financial transactions. They will maintain current vendor accounts by analyzing expense reports for accuracy and authenticity, assigning payments to the proper cost centers, resolving vendor past due invoices, and reconciling monthly statements.\nManage accounts payable process\nGenerate weekly vendor payment schedule for management review\nManage the input and payment of all incoming invoices\nEstablish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors\nResolve problems and discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries\nDevelops and refines new hire onboarding strategy to increase employee retention. \nCoordinate orientation for new employees\nAssist in the timely and accurate payment of bills while adhering to departmental procedures\nMaintains pay plan and benefits program\nManage credit cards by reconciling statements and paying balances\nMaintain W-9 forms for all company vendors\nKeep accounts payable records by filing all vendor invoices, receipts, and check stubs in company online databases\nAnalyze workflow processes\nWE ARE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER\nApplicants and employees are considered for positions and are evaluated without regard to mental or physical disability, race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, genetic information, military or veteran status, sexual orientation, marital status, or any other protected Federal, State/Province or Local status unrelated to the performance of the work involved.\nRequirements\nFull-Time hourly position requiring 40+ hrs. a week, overtime eligible\nHigh School Diploma/GED Certification\nA minimum of 4 years of accounting or equivalent related experience\nProficient in applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC\nProficient in Unanet, Inflow, QuickBooks or similar ERP systems\nProve ability to provide visionary strategic leadership;
