Job Description:

This position involves:

Preparing and processing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Managing supplier invoicing, payment processes and accruals
Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate accounting records
Maintaining fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Processing financing transactions, loans and interest calculations
Supporting tax compliance and provisional tax calculations.
Preparing audit files and assist during external audits
Contributing to monthly, quarterly and management reporting

Skills & Experience:

3+ years' experience within banking, investments, asset-based finance, infrastructure or credit-related environments.
Strong accounting fundamentals with exceptional attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Xero and modern cloud accounting platforms

Qualification:

Completed SAICA OR SAIPA articles
