Skills & Experience:

Professionally registered as a Pr Eng with ECSA
Strong experience in structural engineering design and consulting
Reinforced concrete structural design
Structural steel design and detailing
Building structures and foundations
Experience with structural analysis and design calculations
Preparation and review of structural drawings and technical documentation
Ability to interpret architectural, civil and engineering drawings
Experience coordinating structural designs with civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines
Experience with Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD or other structural design software
Experience conducting site inspections and providing technical input advantageous
Experience within a consulting engineering environment advantageous

Qualification:

BEng / BSc / BTech / National Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
ECSA Professional Registration as a Pr Eng required
