As a Learning & Development Specialist, you'll design, deliver and evaluate innovative learning solutions that equip colleagues with the knowledge, confidence and skills they need to succeed.\nWorking across a regional portfolio, you'll build strong relationships with operational leaders, support local learning needs and drive a truly blended learning approach through classroom delivery, digital content and e-learning solutions.\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\n Designing and delivering engaging mandatory and specialist learning programmes across Adult Health and Social Care.\nSupporting the full learning and development cycle, from identifying learning needs through to evaluating outcomes.\nAnalysing learning data and compliance trends to ensure colleagues have access to the right learning opportunities.\nCollaborating with operational leaders to develop solutions tailored to local service needs.\nSupporting the deployment and development of digital and e-learning content through our Learning Management System.\nCoaching and supporting local facilitators to build training capability across the organisation.\nLeading on specialist subject areas and contributing to wider organisational development projects.\nAbout you:\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nYou'll be an enthusiastic and confident facilitator who can inspire, engage and influence people at all levels.\nWe're looking for someone who can demonstrate:\n Significant experience within Health and Social Care\nExperience designing, delivering and evaluating learning interventions\nA strong understanding of adult learning principles\nExcellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills\nStrong digital and IT capability, including Microsoft Office applications\nThe ability to work independently whilst building effective stakeholder relationships\nA full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.\nIt would be great if you also have:\nA recognised teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE or CertEd.\nTrain the Trainer qualifications in subjects such as Moving & Positioning, Adult Support & Protection, First Aid or Medication.\nAssessor qualifications such as TAQA, CAVA, A1 or D32/D33.\nExperience developing e-learning content.\nKnowledge of supported living, adult mental health, older people's services or competency-based assessment.\n\nWhy Join Community Integrated Care?\nYou'll be joining one of the UK's most successful and innovative social care charities, working with colleagues who are passionate about making a real difference every day.
