Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.\nOur Shifts: 9am - 9pm | 9pm - 9am (Waking Nights)\nShift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day shifts but occasional waking nights will be required to support during annual leave\nContract: We can offer permanent contracts of 12, 24, 36 or 48 hours per week\nUK Driving License Required? Yes - must be able to drive a manual vehicle\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nYou’ll be supporting 2 amazing individuals with physical disabilities to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:\nSupporting with personal care\nMedication Administration, including use of a PEG (training will be provided)\nMoving and positioning\nHome management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management\nDaily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with!
