You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. The Site Supervisor is responsible for directing care of patients, facilitating workflows, and serves as a resource for staff and providing team leadership.\nAs part of our mission to help individuals recover from substance use disorders, you’ll thrive in a supportive, engaging, and fulfilling work environment where your contributions are valued.\nAlong the way, we’ll invest in your well-being through a benefits package that includes:\nSubsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance\nHealth savings account\nShort and long-term disability insurance\nLife insurance\nPaid sick, vacation, and holiday time\n401K retirement plan with match\nTuition and CME reimbursement up to 100%\nEmployee assistance program to support your mental health and wellness\nOngoing professional development\nResponsibilities:\nServes as a liaison for staff and clients with additional support from Senior Clinic Manager and/or Regional Operations Director.\nSupports efficient daily clinic operations and smooth running of assigned facility.\nProvides general oversight to staff on shift under manager direction and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.\nAddresses clinic issues and assists in treatment interventions and crisis situations.\nSupports managers with personnel issues.\nEnsures quality patient care; conducts treatment plan reviews as needed.\nParticipates in reviews ensuring adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements.\nAssists with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.\nEnsures ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff\nAttends required meetings including staffing, clinical supervision, trainings, etc.\nAssists with maintaining chart review compliance.\nAssists with other quality management reports as required.\nCompletes end of shift reporting.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nEducation, Certification, and Experience Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma required\nAt least two (1) year of experience in behavioral health or health services preferred\nPrior supervisory experience, or experience leading individuals or teams preferred\nTools and Equipment Requirements:\nThe ability to use a phone, computer, printer, and copier is required.\nFrequent use of Microsoft office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nThe ability to use the internet and various web browser software is required.\nPhysical Working Conditions and Office Setting Description:\nRequires prolonged sitting, standing, frequent bending, stooping, or stretching.\nSome lifting may be required.\nFrequent and prolonged typing and frequent and prolonged operation of computer, keyboard, and telephones required.\nRequires occasional use of fax machines, telephones, copiers, and other office equipment.\nEmployee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.\nAbout Community Medical Services\nCommunity Medical Services (CMS) is a CARF-accredited addiction treatment program providing services in the form of outpatient medication-assisted treatment and one-on-one and group counseling to those seeking help with their opioid use disorder.
