Provides direct care supervision to individuals and ensures shifts run smoothly and efficiently.\nThe starting rate for this position is $20.00/per hour.\nSchedule:\nFirst/Second shifts| 40hrs per week\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nAssist the Program Manager in performing the following duties:\nCoordinates and supervises daily programmatic functions including supervision/oversight of staff, upkeep of the residence and implementation of all aspects of individual treatment plans.\nEnsures that complete and appropriate individual records are maintained in accordance with funding source regulations and Community Strategies policies and procedures.\nOversee the development and implementation of behavior plans, ISP objectives and all other aspects of residential programming.\nParticipate in the training of all new employees.\nManages program funds and supervises personal finances for all clients.\nDispenses medications per MAP requirements as needed. \nEngages in the upkeep of the residence.\nEnsures adequate program coverage and supervision. \nEnsure that duties and responsibilities are carried out in a supportive and professional manner. \nAttend appropriate meetings as directed. \nConduct physical restraints as needed.\nExtended standing, sitting and lifting as needed.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent Problem Solving and Emergency Response Skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills\nStrong time management skills\nAttentive listener\nDetail oriented \nAbility to multi-task \nRequired Education and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPreferred Education and Experience:\nPrevious experiences in a human service environment a plus\nTravel requirements:\nMinimal Travel \nAffirmative Action/EEO statement\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.\nOther duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
