This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates eager to gain experience in web development, particularly in UI/UX design and front-end technologies, with some exposure to back-end programming.\nRequirements\nDesign and develop visually appealing, responsive landing pages and website components.\nOptimize front-end designs for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.\nImplement UI/UX best practices to improve user experience and engagement.\nCollaborate with the design and marketing teams to align website updates with brand goals.\nMake minor back-end updates to support landing page functionality (basic PHP and SQL).\nConduct A/B testing to analyze and improve user interactions.\nDebug and troubleshoot front-end issues to ensure smooth website performance.\nStay up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n1-5 years professional experience.\nBasic experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.\nUnderstanding of UI/UX principles and basic design concepts.\nBasic knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP and SQL (for minor updates).\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.\nNice to Have:\nExposure to JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React).\nFamiliarity with version control systems like Git.\nExperience with API integration (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Brevo).\nKnowledge of SEO and web performance optimization.\nPrevious experience in A/B testing and data-driven UI improvements.\nComplete both of our short assessments (about 5 minutes each) before or right after applying.
