Come deliver this transformation.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a highly motivated Intern to join our HR Operations team and support various employee lifecycle and people operations initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, maintain employee records, support engagement activities, and contribute to creating a positive employee experience.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport day-to-day HR operations activities, including employee documentation, record management, and HR process coordination.\n\nMaintain and update employee databases, HR trackers, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.\n\nAssist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, communication, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.\n\nSupport attendance, leave, and employee data management activities.\n\nCoordinate employee engagement programs, internal events, and HR initiatives.\n\nAssist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and operational dashboards.\n\nSupport policy communication and ensure proper documentation of HR procedures.\n\nRespond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.\n\nHelp maintain HR compliance and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.\n\nAssist in organizing learning, development, and wellness initiatives as required.\n\nWhat You Have\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management.\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.\n\nStrong interest in Human Resources and HR Operations.\n\nAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.\n\nActive involvement in extracurricular activities or university clubs is highly appreciated.\n\nProactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.\n\nDetails\nShift Detail: Hybrid Shift (3:00 PM BST - 12:00 AM BST)\nWorkdays: Monday to Friday\nPlease be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @commure.com.
