Come deliver this transformation.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll be critical to designing, developing, and supporting both backend and frontend logic for our innovative healthcare AI applications. You'll quickly grasp complex concepts and leverage your extensive experience to identify areas for improvement and drive impactful change.\n This role is a remote full time position and can be based anywhere in the US.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and Develop: Build and maintain scalable, healthcare AI applications using Java and React.\n\nArchitect Solutions: Design robust, performant, and maintainable system architectures, focusing on cloud application best practices.\n\nCollaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into effective solutions.\n\nOptimize Performance: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high application availability and efficiency.\n\nInnovate: Contribute to the development of cutting-edge features leveraging the power of AI and machine learning.\n\nCode Review: Participate in code reviews to foster knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.\n\nMaintain Quality: Write thorough tests and documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability.\n\nDeployment and Support: Assist with the development, deployment, and support of on-prem and cloud-based solutions, spanning from internal development to customer production systems.\n\nWhat You Have\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience\n\nProfessional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development, including backend APIs, frontend UI, system integrations, and user authentication.\n\nDeep expertise in Java programming, including experience designing and implementing highly optimized and scalable architectures.\n\nExperience with building enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Spring Boot, React, UX design frameworks, and relational and document databases.\n\nProven experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nSolid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience building and consuming REST APIs.\n\nStrong experience with relational databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, and document databases, including MongoDB and derivatives.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nBonus points for:\nExperience in the healthcare domain, including HL7 and FHIR.\n\nExperience with AI/ML concepts and frameworks.\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.\n\nWorking knowledge of containers (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).\n\nPlease be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @commure.com.
