Come deliver this transformation.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Lead Data Analyst, RCM Operations (Bangladesh), you will lead and manage teams responsible for process automation, LLM-based solutions, and operational tooling. You’ll set direction, optimize workflows, and ensure delivery at scale. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing process efficiency through data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with the Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to define, implement, and optimize critical workflows.
