It’s not uncommon for us to brainstorm a platform on Monday and have it live by Friday.\nAbout the role\nAs a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving software projects from planning to delivery.\nThis is not just a coordination role. You’ll be expected to manage clients, teams, project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.\nYou may not always have a team formally reporting to you, but you will still need strong leadership skills. You’ll lead through clarity, communication, follow-up, decision-making, and accountability.\nYour job will be to make sure everyone knows what needs to happen, why it matters, who owns it, and what moves next.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn project execution\nUnderstand client requirements, business goals, and product expectations\nConvert discussions and requirements into clear tasks for the team\nCreate project plans, sprint plans, timelines, and delivery checklists\nTrack progress across design, development, QA, UAT, and release\nKeep project documentation and task boards organised in our internal task management system\nSpot and raise risks before they become bigger problems\nLead teams with clarity\nWork closely with developers, designers, QA, and internal stakeholders\nKeep everyone aligned on priorities, timelines, and expectations\nRun or support sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives\nFollow up consistently without micromanaging\nUnblock the team when requirements, decisions, or priorities are unclear\nSupport Assistant Project Managers or junior team members when needed\nManage client communication\nLead and support client calls as needed \nTurn conversations into clear action items and next steps\nShare structured updates with clients and leadership\nManage expectations around scope, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and delays\nAsk the right questions when something is unclear\nMaintain trust throughout\nKeep delivery under control\nKeep project information clean, visible, and up to date\nTrack scope, budgets, timelines, bugs, feedback, and pending decisions\nKeep the backlog items prioritised and ready for execution\nCoordinate testing, release readiness, and handover\nEnsure nothing falls through the cracks\nWhat we’re looking for\nStrong ownership, leadership, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline \nClear written and verbal communication\nConfident in managing clients and internal teams \nStrong documentation and task breakdown skills\nComfortable with internal tools, task management systems, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar platforms\nAble to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities\nGood understanding of software projects and digital products\nAble to balance scope, timelines, quality, and budgets\nRequirements\n3 to 5 years of experience in project management, software delivery, product coordination, or similar roles\nExperience managing clients, teams, or cross-functional project execution\nExperience working on software, websites, internal tools, platforms, or digital products\nStrong comfort with client communication and project documentation\nAbility to work independently in a fast-moving, office-based environment\nBonus if you’ve worked in a software agency, product studio, startup, or service company\nWhy you’ll enjoy working here\nYou’ll work closely with leadership: You’ll get direct exposure to founders, senior leaders, and decision-makers, and see how product, delivery, clients, and business decisions come together.\nYou’ll work on meaningful products: Our projects cut across industries, geographies, and problem statements.
