We’d love your help here!\n After 11 years of strong growth, Commuty is structuring its sales organization to reach a new stage of growth in Belgium and internationally.\nWe are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. Your main objective will be to grow the revenue generated through our existing client portfolio & our partners network.\nYou will be responsible for the pipeline, from lead gen to closing, generated by the following channels:\nKey Account Manager (50%)\nDefine and implement growth strategies for your client accounts and their (international) subsidiaries\nBuild and maintain detailed account mappings for key accounts\nLead cross-sell and upsell initiatives across your portfolio of client accounts\ngenerate and develop a strong sales pipeline\nAchieve cross-sell and upsell sales targets\nPartners Management (50%)\nDefine and implement a partnership growth strategy to generate leads through our partners.\nBuild and maintain a detailed partnership database\nGenerate and develop a strong partnership community and pipeline\nAchieve partnership sales targets\nCollaboration & Client engagement\nTo be successful in this role, it will be important to\nWork closely with our Customer Success team and Sales team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and fuel the partner database.\nMeet Key clients and partners regularly on-site to build strong relationships with champions and key decision-makers\nAttend networking events to strengthen relationships and expand your professional network\nMaintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)\n Strong interpersonal skills \nability to persuade and influence stakeholders\nAt least 3 years of experience in sales for large enterprise accounts within a SaaS environment, \nA minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships)\nProven ability to build relationships at the technical and operational level\nFluent in Dutch and English are required, French-speaking is a plus.\nEnjoy face-to-face interactions - this role requires frequent client visits and participation in events\nResilient, adaptable, and able to bounce back quickly\n Will you fit in our culture?\nWe have offices in Brussels and in Louvain-la-Neuve and split our time between home and the office.
