For over 25 years, more than 100,000 organizations and a vast partner ecosystem have relied on Commvault to reduce risks, improve governance, and do more with data. \nCommvault is seeking a Resilience Operations (ResOps) Lead to join the Risk & Resilience team and help operate and scale our enterprise resilience program.\nReporting to the Director of Risk & Resilience, this senior individual contributor will execute and improve Commvault’s ResOps framework across cyber resilience, recovery readiness, critical service resilience, testing, and governance.\nThe role turns resilience strategy into operational capability by partnering across Security, Engineering, IT and business teams to strengthen service recoverability through planning, testing, measurement, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute and mature Commvault’s ResOps performance across cyber resilience, recovery readiness, operational resilience, and business continuity.\nMaintain critical service, system, dependency, resilience requirement, and recovery objective inventories.\nCoordinate business impact analyses, resilience assessments, dependency mapping, and recovery planning with business and technology owners.\nPlan and support resilience exercises, tabletop exercises, disaster recovery tests, and cyber recovery validation activities.\nTrack findings, lessons learned, remediation actions, and program improvements from testing, exercises, and operational reviews.\nDevelop resilience metrics, dashboards, reports, and leadership-ready updates.\nCoordinate resilience governance, including stakeholder engagement, action tracking, reporting, and follow-up.\nIdentify opportunities to automate workflows, improve scalability, and embed resilience practices into operational processes. \n\nEssential Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity, information systems, risk management, business, engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in operational resilience, cyber resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, GRC, or a related discipline.\nExperience coordinating enterprise resilience, recovery, continuity, or risk management initiatives.\nStrong understanding of cyber resilience, recovery readiness, business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience concepts.\nExperience facilitating exercises, workshops, assessments, and cross-functional planning activities.\nStrong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.\nExperience in SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology environments preferred.\nFamiliarity with ISO 22301, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-34, DORA, or similar frameworks preferred; relevant certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 22301 are a plus.\nStrong operator who drives work from planning through execution.\nComfortable influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.\nAble to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-moving environment.\nPragmatic, risk-aware, and focused on measurable resilience outcomes.\nClear, credible communicator who turns complex information into practical guidance and leadership-ready updates.\n\nCommvault is an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
