We are committed to sustainability practices that include recycling of cabling materials, reducing packaging waste, and implementing efficient installation methods to minimize environmental impact.\nAbout the Role:\nThis position is responsible for working with and leading the onsite installation team to ensure project installation meets industry standards and specific design parameters set forth by the ComNet Design Team along with meeting project schedules and budget.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nWork with management to provide proper staffing and necessary tools for project\nCoordinate with the AV Project Manager for the requisition of materials in a timely manner and assist with the logistics and delivery of materials and equipment onsite\nRecord serial numbers for all equipment and manage project’s material inventory once onsite\nTrack labor and material cost throughout the project\nUtilize Daily Job Journals, Inventory, Forms and Communications Records to direct field personnel and ensure that schedules are met\nStay current with emerging technologies\nProvide technical assistance to field personnel\nInform AV Project Manager and Design Team of any change to scope as it arises in the field\nInform AV Project Manager of any material or equipment failures requiring replacement\nPerform on-site inspections of local work locations on a daily basis\nProvide required field documentation including ‘field drawings, cable certification reports and applicable warranties\nDevelop new subcontractor relationships; strengthen existing relationships\nOther duties as assigned\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n3+ years’ experience in the commercial audio video industry\nExtensive knowledge of commercial audio video installation\nAbility to read, analyze and decipher scopes of work \nAbility to read, analyze and decipher blueprints and line drawings \nDevice/equipment programming and configuration skills (numerous manufacturers)\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nEffective interpersonal skills\nSkill in directing the implementation of commercial audio video projects\nAbility to lead people and obtain results through others\nAbility to prioritize conflicting demands\nAbility to train and direct others\nAbility to work effectively with co-workers and customers\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record\nAbility to see things at close vision\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds \nThe worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions while working or reviewing customer work locations.\nEEO\nThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee incumbent in this position.
