RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaborates closely with project managers and other departments to monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize financial performance across multiple construction projects.\nProvide oversight of accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll processes, and contributing to internal audits and financial forecasting.\nProvide support to the CFO and controller to maintain the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization, enabling informed decision-making and sustainable growth.\nCoordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving discrepancies.\nMaintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures to safeguard company assets.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and reporting systems.\nAssist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management activities.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum of 6 years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably in the construction industry.\nStrong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.\nProficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Financial Planning software and Prophix preferred.\nAbility to translate operational data into financial insights for executives.\nAnalytical and Leadership skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nCPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification preferred\nExperience with construction accounting software such as Sage Intacct Construction.\nFamiliarity with project management and cost control methodologies specific to
