With the support of Senior Project Managers and Team Lead, ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \nWith the support of Team Leadacquire a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectivesincluding, but not limited to contractual, financial, technical, schedule, construction coordination, materials, personnel, and scope of work.\nManage and maintain profitable low voltage construction projects that consistently generate $2M in yearly revenue \nWork with Operations Team and Safety Manager to provide appropriate PPE and Safety Training \nAttend project kick off meetings to ensure all parties are appropriately prepared for project start\nOrder proper tools and materials in a timely manner for each project\nForecast and track labor and material cost throughout the project\nInvoice projects quickly to maximize cash flow\nEstablish strong relationships with manufacturing partners to gain knowledge of industry products\nUtilize Daily technology and project dashboards to track project lifecycle and profitability.\nWith support of Team Lead and Operations Team, provide technical assistance to field personnel\nApprove and sign all material invoices and technician timesheets\nWork with Estimating team and Team Lead to generate and submit change order pricing for all items outside the approved original scope of workup to$100K\nProvide required documentation including ‘as-built’ drawings, cable certification reports and applicable warranties\nPerform on-site inspections of local work locations\nOther duties as assigned\nJOB REQUIREMENTS \n4-6 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry\n2 plus years college experience, bachelor’s degree preferred\nProven success with construction cost management \nStrong math skills and number aptitude\nFamiliarity with large scale construction projects preferably in low voltage \nExperience running projects with values up to $500,000 with yearly cumulative revenue of $2 MM\nAbility to prepare simple quotes for MAC requests from existing client base \nFamiliar with low voltage products\nBe able to complete change orders independently up to $50K under the supervision of a Team Lead or Estimator. \nThe worker is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions while working or reviewing customer work locations.\nAA/EEO\nThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee incumbent in this position.
