You will support invoice processing on the accounts payable team, working with Procurement and requestors across the organization to make sure invoices are routed and approved on time.\nThe role involves regular contact with suppliers and internal staff, so professional communication and steady problem solving are central to the job.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview all incoming invoices to ensure base-level requirements are met.\nWork with Procurement and requestors to ensure timely routing and approval of invoices.\nMonitor invoices on hold and drive them to resolution.\nWork with suppliers to resolve invoice-related discrepancies.\nRespond to supplier inquiries regarding invoicing.\nCommunicate professionally with internal and external contacts to resolve issues.\nRequired Education & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.\nTop Skills & Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree in a related field.\nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work, independently and as part of a team.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nSecurity Clearance\nThis position requires a DOE “L” clearance.
