You will support construction projects ranging from $3M to $80M at the Knolls Site, with support for the Kesselring Site in West Milton, NY as needed.\nThe role sits in project controls. You will build and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera, track performance against plan, analyze risk, and keep management and customers informed through metrics and reports from project start through closeout.\nKey Responsibilities\n Develop and maintain integrated resource and financial schedules in Primavera.\n Track plans, conduct risk analysis, resolve conflicts, and monitor progress using project management techniques.\n Prepare performance metrics for management and customers.\n Process and issue change controls.\n Identify resource conflicts and analyze budgets and workforce estimates.\n Develop portions of the Program Management Plan.\n Support project meetings and submit reports.\n Prepare project closeout reports.\nRequired Education & Experience\nCandidates should bring 5 or more years of relevant project controls, scheduling, or project financial experience. Coursework in project management is a plus.\nTop Skills & Requirements\nProficiency in scheduling software, preferably Primavera.\nExperience managing financial information.\nSecurity Clearance\nThis position requires a DOE “L” clearance.
