We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineerwho ensures that all infrared sensing, processing, and safety-critical components work together as a coherent, reliable system by defining requirements, coordinating cross-functional integration, and validating end-to-end performance for automotive customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in engineering within the automotive industry. This role will contribute to developing high-performance, high robustness and high reliability far-infrared (FIR) sensor and innovative AI solutions for implementing advanced safety vehicle in the next-generation.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the design and integration of complex systems for automotive applications, ensuring seamless integration of hardware and software components.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, define specifications, and develop engineering solutions that meet customer and regulatory needs.\nWork closely with global multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, quality, and manufacturing) to ensure system solutions are aligned with project goals and schedules.\nOversee system-level testing and validation to ensure the system meets functional, safety, and reliability requirements. Conduct root cause analysis for any system issues.\nProvide mentorship to junior engineers and guide the technical direction of projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reduce complexity, and optimize cost efficiency in automotive systems.\nEnsure compliance with automotive industry standards, such as ISO 26262 (Functional Safety), AUTOSAR, and other relevant regulations, ensuring systems meet safety-critical requirements.\nPrepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including system architecture diagrams, specifications, test plans, and reports.\nCollaborate with customers and external vendors to define technical requirements and ensure solutions meet customer needs and expectations.\nParticipate in project planning, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
