You will take hands-on responsibility across networking, servers, cloud services, Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, security, and core infrastructure.\nYou will monitor and troubleshoot systems and networks, resolve incidents, support infrastructure projects, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce manual work. You will partner with Global IT colleagues and internal stakeholders to implement technology that supports day-to-day operations and future growth.\nThe environment is dynamic, so you should be comfortable moving between planned projects and emerging technical issues. Success in this role means balancing strong troubleshooting skills with thoughtful infrastructure improvements that make the environment more stable, secure, and manageable over time.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nAdminister, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPN connectivity, wireless networks, and related services.\nManage Windows, Apple and Linux server/workstation environments and associated infrastructure services.\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365, including user access, configuration, troubleshooting, and service administration.\nSupport and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure, cloud services, identity, and related integrations.\nManage identity and access systems, permissions, authentication, and user lifecycle activities.\nMonitor network, server, and cloud environments for availability, performance, capacity, and security issues.\nDiagnose infrastructure incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nSupport backups, recovery processes, system updates, patching, and infrastructure maintenance.\nParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security initiatives, and technology deployments.\nDocument configurations, procedures, technical standards, and troubleshooting knowledge.\nIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive administration and improve operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to prioritize and resolve technical needs.\nDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMid to senior-level experience in systems and network engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Windows/Linux systems, and enterprise networking.\nSolid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPNs, wireless networking, and firewalls.\nExperience with identity and access management, backups, monitoring, patching, virtualization, and infrastructure security.\nStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, with the ability to independently own issues through resolution.\nExperience supporting infrastructure upgrades, migrations, automation, and technical projects.\nStrong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nComfortable working in a dynamic, startup-style environment with changing priorities.\nRelevant Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA certifications are a plus but not
